The lotions, crème, and hand sanitizers are all handcrafted in small batches from all natural and, as much as possible, organic ingredients.  There are no preservatives added beyond the microbial properties in the essential oils.  There are no added ingredients to prevent separation.  If your lotions get a little over warm, they will separate.   These are the same products Christine uses every day in her practice.  She’s made a commitment to herself to reduce her toxin load, which in turn is passed onto her clients by default.

Our skin is far more porous than we once thought.  Witness the number of pharmaceuticals now administered via a transdermal patch.  Many of the ingredients in our personal care products have only been tested for a single application.  Yet they are in products that we use daily and in multiple products:  shampoo, body wash, shaving cream, soap, deodorant, moisturizers…and the list could go on!  These ingredients, at higher levels, are known carcinogens, neurotoxins and endocrine disruptors.  These toxins are absorbed through our skin, move into our bloodstream and into our fatty tissues.  They cross the placenta.   Add to that the cocktail of pesticides, fungicides and fertilizer residues on our food…and we wonder why we, as a nation, are so sick!
