Christine graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2010. She is licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut (license # 006339). She is an active member of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and has served as Director for the Community Service Massage Team (CSMT) and continues to serve the team as Team Leader. The work of the CSMT is twofold: to provide chair massage at the invitation of their supervising agency to first and second responders and their support staff during an emergency or disaster and to bring greater awareness of the benefits of massage to the communities of Connecticut through providing chair massage at a number of charity events throughout the year. The official charity of the CSMT is the Channel 3 Kids Camp.
Christine has been practicing Reiki since 2007. She is a Reiki Master Teacher (RMT) in the Tibetan/Usui tradition and provides Reiki Training Workshops regularly throughout the year. Workshops are also available on an individual basis as well.
Christine is available to provide Chair Massage or Reiki at your event or to speak to members of your organization on the importance of Reiki and/or Massage in maintaining health and wellness.
In addition to her Wellness Massage and Reiki activities, Christine has served as the President of the Thomaston Ladies Choral Club where she sang second soprano and kept their music library organized. She also sang with the Naugatuck Community Choir as both soprano and alto. She also sings and plays flute for a number of different churches (and has been adopted by her parent’s church choir down in Southern New Jersey) where she sings soprano or alto as needed. Christine is available to sing or play flute for weddings, funerals or other special events.
